Shipping Information
We ship primarily via fedex outside the state of Oklahoma. If you are familiar with shipping via refridgerated truck lines, or air cargo, we can accomodate those options as well. Just give us a call to change your shipping options.
We enjoy a signifigant fedex discount out of California and a nominal discount out of Miami. We do not disguise our fedex charges into higher product prices pretending to offer free shipping. We keep our prices incredibly competitive and low. Because of this, sometimes the fedex charges are higher than the product. We charge the actual fedex charge with no additional box, ice, packing or surcharge. Just keep in mind the total cost of your flowers, you'll find us to be one of the best priced floral options in the market.
Returns:
We guarantee every stem we sell. If you have a quality issue and meet the following requirements, proceed to the claims form:
1. I have received the product no more than 48 hours ago.
2. I still have the product in my possession.
3. I have the ability to take photos if needed.
If yes to all of the above, then proceed to the CLAIMS FORM.
